応募数が少ない - Excel・Wordなどの**PCスキルを持つ人材からの有効応募が集まらない** という課題を抱えていました。 そのため、**露出量を増やしつつ、 求めるスキルをしっかり伝えられる媒体**を検討されており、 複数の求人サイトへ同時掲載できる点、 さらに求人ジャーナルへも転載される点が評価され、 Indeed PLUSの導入に至りました。 また、原稿内で仕事内容や求めるスキルを より詳細に記載できる点も、導入の決め手となりました。 ## ■取り組み内容と成果 -
