今年の夏から「義務」になった熱中症対策

2025年6月より、職場での熱中症対策が「努力義務」から**「義務」へ**と変わりました。

「本格的な暑さはこれから…」と油断していませんか？  
実は、**夏場に作業を伴う現場**では、  
すでに“対応必須”の環境が増えているのです。

今回は、今回の法令改正のポイントと  
対応すべき具体策をわかりやすくまとめました

 

## ✅義務化の対象になる作業環境とは？

以下の条件に該当する現場では、  
熱中症対策が**法律で義務付けられます**。  
  
**・暑さ指数（WBGT）28以上**、または**気温が31℃以上**  
・上記環境で、**1時間以上連続作業**または**1日4時間を超える作業**

屋外作業を伴う建設業、配送業、イベント設営などの業種では、  
該当する可能性が非常に高いです。

##  では、どんな対策が必要？

#### ■ 事業者が講じるべき主な対策

- **作業環境の整備**  
  　直射日光を遮る工夫や、エアコン・扇風機を備えた休憩所の設置など。
- **作業時間・服装の管理**  
  　作業時間を短くしたり、熱がこもりにくい服装の指導、水分補給の声かけや巡視も重要です。
- **従業員の健康管理**  
  　健康診断結果をもとに作業内容を調整したり、日常的な体調管理についての指導も必要です。
- **熱中症に関する教育**  
  　高温多湿な環境で働く従業員には、**予防や応急対応についての教育**を行いましょう。
- **その他の取り組み**  
  　体調不良時の報告体制づくりや、万一に備えた悪化防止措置の準備も重要です。

#### ■ 義務として求められる内容

- **体制づくり**  
  　現場で熱中症の兆候を早期に発見し、すぐに対応できる体制を整えること。
- **対応手順の文書化**  
  　実際に熱中症の症状が出た場合に備え、**具体的な対応フロー**を作成・文書化すること。
- **関係者への周知徹底**  
  　上記の体制や手順について、作業者を含めた関係者全員に**確実に伝えること**が求められます。

#### ※対策を怠った場合の罰則

対応を怠ると、、、  
**6カ月以下の懲役または50万円以下の罰金**が  
科される可能性があります。  
“うっかり”では済まされない時代です。

今回の改正は、「罰則あり」の改正ではありませんが、  
**事故や労災に繋がった場合の企業責任**は重大です。  
労働者の安全を守るためにも、  
**今すぐの見直し・周知徹底が求められます。**
