2025年4月1日、高年齢者雇用安定法の改正が施行されました。  
今回の改正により、 **「65歳までの雇用確保」が企業に義務付けられました。**  
でも、それを聞いてこんな不安を感じた方も多いのではないでしょうか？

「うちは定年60歳って求人に書いてるけど、これって違法…？」  
「今後は【定年65歳】って書かなきゃいけないの？」

今回はそんな疑問をすっきり解消しつつ、  
企業がとるべき対応について分かりやすく解説します。

 

## 結論：定年60歳のままでもOK！ただし条件あり

安心してください。  
結論からいうと、「定年60歳」と  
求人に記載しても **違法ではありません。**

ただし、その場合には  
**「65歳まで働ける仕組み」が整っていること**   
が条件になります。

つまり今回の改正は、  
❌「定年を65歳にすること」が義務になったのではなく、  
⭕「希望すれば65歳まで働ける制度を用意すること」が義務になった、ということです。

 

##  企業がとるべき「65歳までの雇用確保措置」は？

法律では、以下のいずれかの対応を行う必要があります。

✅ **高年齢者雇用安定法で求められる3つの選択肢  
①定年制の廃止**  
**②定年年齢の引き上げ（例：65歳に変更）**  
**③継続雇用制度の導入（希望者は65歳まで再雇用などで働ける）**

中でも多くの企業が導入しているのは、  
③の「継続雇用制度」です。  
現行の定年制を維持しつつ、  
希望する社員には再雇用制度などを通じて  
65歳まで雇用機会を提供するという形です。

 

##  求人原稿、きちんと見直せていますか？

制度対応とあわせて見直したいのが、**求人原稿の表記**です。

たとえば、「定年60歳」とだけ書かれていると、  
「65歳まで働けないのでは？」と誤解されてしまうかもしれません。

継続雇用制度がある場合は、  
その内容をしっかり明記しておくことが大切です。

採用ターゲットに信頼感を与えるためにも、  
**制度に沿った正確な情報の掲載**を心がけましょう。
