10月に実施された過去最高額の「最低賃金引き上げ」。  
これに伴い、給与UPの検討をされた企業様も多いのではないでしょうか。

今回は、**最低賃金改定前後で実際にどんな変化が起きたのか**を、  
データをもとにわかりやすくまとめました。

## 最低賃金改定前後の平均給与の推移

今年も過去最高の引き上げ額となった最低賃金。  
その影響を受け、10月以降の平均給与にも動きが出ています。

今回は、**9月〜11月の期間で、  
千葉県の求人データを業種別にまとめた結果**をご紹介します。

> 最低賃金改定後わずか1ヶ月でも、  
> **多くの業界で給与が上昇傾向にある**ことがわかりました。

ここから先は、雇用形態・業種ごとの変化を  
さらに詳しく見ていきましょう。

## 雇用形態ごとの変化

### ■アルバイト・パート

アルバイト・パートはもともと  
最低賃金に近いラインで時給設定されることが多く、  
今回の引き上げの影響が **最も直接的に反映される層** です。

また、求職者より求人が多い“売り手市場”のため、  
**他社との差別化のために時給変更するケースが増加**しています。

### 【実例①】最低賃金に合わせて一律で引き上げ

- A社（事務スタッフ）  
  　1080円 → **1140円（10月〜）**

### 【実例②】地域相場を調べて店舗ごとに設定

- B社（飲食店）  
  　10月後半にエリア相場を調査し、店舗単位で時給を調整

特に同業他社が近隣に多い場合は、  
単純に求人を出すだけでは埋もれてしまうため、  
**“時給・待遇の強化”が応募獲得の大きなポイント**となります。

## 業種ごとの変化

### 🍱 **①小売・飲食・アミューズメント（正社員/アルバイト）**

- **社員：240,615円 → 243,363円 → 248,319円**（継続的に上昇）
- **AP：1,173円 → 1,200円 → 1,203円**

→ 飲食・販売の人材競争が激しく、給与調整が早め。

### 🏗 **②建築・土木（正社員/作業系AP）**

- **社員：276,970円 → 281,645円 → 275,260円**  
  　→ *10月で上がり、11月は少し戻った*
- **AP：1,371円 → 1,471円 → 1,684円**  
  　→ *AP時給の上昇幅が最も大きい*

→ 職人不足や専門性による「AP強化」が伺える。

### 🧑‍⚕️ **③医療・福祉（正社員/介護・看護）**

- **社員：240,496円 → 239,307円 → 239,214円**  
  　→ *社員給与には大きな変動なし*
- **AP：1,339円 → 1,382円 → 1,394円**

→ 正社員は資格・制度の影響で安定、  
　パートの時給は全体調整で上昇。

### 🚚 **④運輸・配送・倉庫**

- **社員：251,487円 → 245,587円 → 252,052円**（平均が上下しつつ最終的に上昇）
- **AP：1,234円 → 1,261円 → 1,281円**

→ 求人件数増加に伴いAP時給が底上げされている。

### ✅ **最低賃金改定の “即時反映度” が業界で異なる**

- **飲食・小売・運輸系** … 10月でハッキリ上昇
- **建築・土木** … APは強く上昇、正社員は一時的な調整
- **医療・福祉** … 正社員の変動は小さい

→ **特に人手不足度合いが高い業界ほど、給与上昇が早い**

## 賃金UPの注意点

給与を上げることで発生しやすいリスクについても確認しておきましょう。

### ■扶養内スタッフの労働時間調整

賃金UPによって働ける時間が短くなり、  
結果的に**人手不足につながる可能性**があります。

影響が出やすい業界例

- スーパー
- コールセンター
- 事務
- 工場・倉庫

### ■人件費の増加

最低賃金ラインで雇用している企業は特に影響が大きく、  
**雇用人数やシフト見直しが必要になるケース**もあります。

### ■正社員のモチベーション低下

パート時給UPにより正社員との差が縮まると、  
不公平感が生まれ、意欲低下につながる可能性があります。

👉 対策例

- 残業時間の削減
- 外部セミナー・資格支援など待遇改善
- 評価制度の見直し

こうした「環境改善」をセットで行うと、組織全体の生産性向上につながります。

## まとめ

最低賃金改定後、実際に多くの業界で給与相場が上昇しています。  
これは企業にとってプラスの側面もあれば、コスト増という課題もあります。

今回のデータは **改定後1ヶ月の結果** ですが、  
今後もしばらく給与相場は上昇していくと予測されます。

このタイミングで、  
・雇用体制の整理  
・組織づくり  
・給与・待遇の見直し  
など、事業成長につながる改善を行うのもおすすめです。
